Description

The McCarthy Chronicles: Episode 1 is a free 2D click-and-point adventure game. It features a classic inventory. The game can be controlled via mouse and keyboard. The game is set in a film-noir atmosphere with supernatural elements about at the beginning of the 20th century. The player controls McCarthy, a well-known private investigator with a dark past. One day he is called for help from a young girl who wants to meet him in a church. When McCarthy arrives the girl is brutally murdered. The trail leads to a nearby hotel. The game features full speech for all characters. Interactions are done by holding down the left mouse button and then choose from the actions look, use and talk.
